I know we have some Curves members out there, too.  I'm not a Curves member (spending too much money on WW already), but I thought people who are using Curves or have questions about Curves might like a topic for that.  So ... this it.

Get curvy.

Lyn and Kathleen are into curves.  I went and looked through the window at one here in Houston once.  Kathleen has invited me when I am in Metairie.  I think I have a psychological block about exercise.  I wish exercise had been stressed by our parents more so it had been part of my everyday life since birth.  Maybe I could be hypnotized to value exercise more.  Ernie and Lindell go swimming almost every day.  Lindell walks regularly.  Ernie goes to the gym several times a week.  Marshall and Jeri do a lot of exercise.

I will have to find a way.

I promise once you get past that (and believe me I understand) you will love it. It really does make you feel better. I've decided it's great for mental health! Besides the triathlon training that I try to keep up with, I have recently started participating in fitness boot camps (mostly cardio resistance training....it's an overall workout) and we do it outside in the park....which for me is SOOOOO much better than the gym.
